Yes.

The creator of the comic is making a show with his friends. I doubt it'll have anything to do with established stories of the comics, but it will follow in it's style of comedy... at least I hope so.

I'm mildly excited and mildly sceptical. I mean, I love Dresden Codak, but:
1: A lot of the substance in the webcomic relies on the specific art style or imaginative creations. While yes, it can be possible to do that in a Live Action show, it'd be much less likely to work as well.
2: The problem with dual media projects is that it often results in both of them taking a hit in effort involved as well as creativity done. The latter won't apply if the Show is radically different to the webcomic though.

The show is irrelevant to the comic. "Dresden Codak" is simply the pseudonym used by the artist, Aaron Diaz, so as to not get him mixed up with the "latin sensation " Aaron Diaz.
