I thought it was pretty funny. I got a kick out of all the little footnotes in the panels. I might just have to check these out when I go get my books.

And you can definitely sense the Invader Zim-ness. Well, I could anyway. I don't watch Avatar, so I wouldn't know about that one...

That's because whenever you walk into Hot Topic it's nothing but Invader Zim staring back at you. Or at least it was last time I went in there.
