Project Update #18: More Shipping Info

Hey you guys, this is just a quick update on the mailings-out status, because I know a lot of people are curious. I mentioned this before, but the actual shipping process is being taken care of by my buddies at Level Up Studios, and they are doing an awesome job! The fact that I'm three hours away from the warehouse, however, makes it hard to pop in and see how things are going, so unfortunately I can't answer "where's my book" questions on an individual basis. HOWEVER, here are some STONE COLD FACTS:
-When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information! If you haven't gotten an email, your thing hasn't left yet*! Check your spambox!
-Everything but the $15, $35 and $45 rewards have been shipped! We're hoping to get the rest out by the end of next week. The prints-only tier is going out last, because, as it turns out, rolling posters into tubes is really time-consuming.
-All domestic (US) orders should arrive by the end of January! I hate to keep sliding the date further back, but this is a learning experience for all of us. We're trying! Because of customs, international orders are harder to give a date for.
Again, I'm sorry to keep you waiting and I thank you for your patience! If by the end of the month you're still waiting and you think your order might have been lost, I encourage you to email support (at) levelupstudios (dot) com -- they'll be able to help you much more efficiently than I will.
*Rewards that include a book are being sent through flat-rate Priority Mail boxes, which is why they have tracking info. Tubes work kind of differently, so if you just pledged for the print set you're getting Regular Old Boring Mail, which doesn't give tracking info.
