I currently listen/follow to:
http://videogameshotdog.com/ Video games, from current stuff to iphone to flash games. They usually also have a weekly assignment game of older variety. They are funny as shit too.
http://advicehotdog.com/ Similar, one of the same hosts from VGhot dog and his friend give advice to people who write/call/message in. Also funny.

I listen to the CreatureTalk, which they broadcast on their Twitch channel sometimes every Saturday. And then the DrunkTank, by RoosterTeeth, on iTunes.

I've been following 4Player Podcast for a long while now and listened to hundreds of hours' worth of their podcasts.
Basically, there were originally four guys who streamed video games and recorded a weekly podcast. Over the years, a few have left while many more have joined as regulars. Nowadays they're a medium-sized video games site with news, reviews, daily streams and most importantly, podcasts. The main podcast is segmented with 3-4 people talking about news, what they've played and community stuff. Then there's also the Cocktail Time Podcast where people drink and discuss vidya, often with hilarious results.
They also upload highlights on their Youtube channel, you might have seen a few since some clips have lots of views.

My favorite podcast is probably the Rooster Teeth podcast, where the guys from Rooster Teeth (creators of Red vs. Blue) talk about a bunch of different stuff.

I listen to the Rooster Teeth podcast. It's from the makers of Red vs Blue and they shoot the breeze about various topics like video games, their personal lives, web series, etc. It's pretty daisies hilarious.

Also, I thought this would be a thread about starting an AZ podcast
