How are you even supposed to judge if child porn with fictional charecters is actually child porn? If I had some porn of Laharl from Disgaea, would I go to jail just because he looks like a child?

A MAN pleaded guilty yesterday to possessing child pornography after he downloaded images of characters from The Simpsons and Pokemon naked and performing sex acts on each other.

I'm in trouble...

I'm all for protecting children, but this is on a par with accusing someone of being guilty of murder for having killed somebody in a videogame.

WOOP! WOOP! WOOP! It's the THOUGHT POLICE!

Dude, it's Australia. The government over there overreacts to everything, from what I gather. Such as video games.

This.

More the ratings board. Atkins is an idiot.

Am I weird because this conversation reminded me of Cheap Trick-Dream Police?

Biggest thing we have is no 18+ games, because bratty kids actually get their parents to buy Saints Row 2.
So they basically lower it down to MA15+, less explicit, but nothing gmae-changing.

Oh, and Kevin Rudd promising to make the internet safer for kids, but I haven't seen anything yet...

... If I were to go to Australia, and burn a picture of a powerful figure in their government, could I be arrested for assassination?

Oh that's right!
I remember that I read in my school's newspaper that some groups in Australia wanted Santa Claus to stop saying Ho Ho Ho. They said it was offensive to women and Santa Claus should say Ha Ha Ha instead.
