Well, actually, that depends how you look at it. When you see a color, like when something is blue, that means the object absorbs every color EXCEPT blue, and since blue is the only color reflected (and not absorbed) then blue is what you see.
So, if you mix every color together like mixing paint together, you would get black, since the resulting mixture would absorb, and not reflect, every kind of visible light.
However, when
every kind of visible light is reflected, you get white.
