Rule 1042: I'm debating buying a japanese copy of Brawl simply because of the statement in rule 1040.

Rule 1043: It probably would be worth it, seeing as Pit and everyone else gets the "awesome voice".
Rule 1044: The characters without speech or are unhuman probably don't have a different voice. Or the ones that are based on/have Japanese looks.
Rule 1046: Like say, Marth, who has a check on both principles above. But that would be because HE SPEAKS IN FREAKING JAPANESE.
