seriously though, it was a good trip. i got there on thursday about 2pm local time and spent the rest of the day at the navy pier, which was pretty cool. on the way back to the hotel we found this wierd indian grocery store, so we stopped in and got some food. friday, we went to the aquarium and the museum of science and industry. the aquarium was pretty good, but not as good as the one in baltimore or san fran in my opinion. the museum of science sucked though. maybe it was because the museum of science in san fran was so awesome that my expectations were too high, or maybe it was because the museum was meant to amuse 5 year olds, but it just sucked. then we walked around michigan ave. and looked in all the shops cause we were bored as hell. that night we went to the symphony hall and saw ahmad jamal. it was pretty awesome. saturday, it was all shitty and rainy. so, that day amounted to visiting the movie theater and watching run fat boy run, then going back to the hotel to watch the bucket list and dan in real life. then sunday i flew back to new york. and so my vacation came to a close.
